Finally saw Soundgarden yesterday. This was the setlist. It was badass to finally see those guys, who I've been admiring for some 10 years now on the stage. Very pleased with the setlist, didn't expect Mailman or Never the Machine Forever, which are favourites of mine.

Searching With My Good Eye Closed
Jesus Christ Pose
Spoonman
By Crooked Steps
Outshined
Loud Love
Non-State Actor
Superunknown
New Damage
Been Away Too Long
My Wave
Burden in My Hand
A Thousand Days Before
Fell on Black Days
Blow Up the Outside World
Never the Machine Forever
Mailman

Flower
Like Suicide
Rusty Cage
Slaves & Bulldozers

Good list, but it's missing maybe my top 3 favorite Soundgarden songs ever. Day I Tried to Live, 4th of July, Room a Thousand Years Wide

First two I'd love to have heard. Would've gladly traded Flower, Non-State Actor or Spoonman for one of those. Room A Thousand Years Wide is badass, but not one I love like the other two.

Dug the not-playing-your-by-far-most-famous-song, despite really liking Black Hole Sun. It doesn't really fit that well with the other tunes and high-lighted how strong the rest of their stuff is.

Got my tix to see them in Aug in Dallas. First time ever seeing SG!!! Saw Chris acoustic a few times but never had the chance to see SG. A little bummed that Matt Cameron ain't playing but it's gonna be a good time!

Saw Soundgarden last September and they were incredible, seeing them again in July supporting Sabbath alongside Faith No More, Motorhead, Soulfly and Wolfmother. Cannot Wait.
