Looking at first time acoustic

I play bass but have decided to buy an acoustic-electric guitar to help me learn music in general. I want a good thick booming sound that is very crisp, i found a guitar that has the EXACT sound i like, but i'm not very comfortable with the neck, at least, i noticed it was a bit too big for my liking when i held it for like 5 minutes, but i loved the sound.

Takamine G Series EG440C NEX Acoustic-Electric

Thats the guitar. Can anyone suggest something that sounds very similar with a thinner neck?
Thanks!

Price range up to 450. I also like the Epiphone Performer ME Venetian Jumbo and Yamaha APX500IIFM Flame Maple Thinline Cutaway if anyone has any information on either of those.
Also i really like this one, but just don't like the little art on it.. yeah i know, picky. Epiphone EJ-200CE

Get the Takamine you'll get used to the neck. The reason is a bit big is that you are used to playing bass (?).
