Try high gain settings with a good amount of bass and treble

You should use the bridge pickup. The settings should be something like
Gain: Full
Bass: 8-10
Middle: 4-6
Treble: 7-9

bridge pickup, not that much bass llots of mid/treble, gain all way up, contour (if you have it) all way up, and no "power dimension" stuff or whatever. there you go..

and yeah ofc we're talking about dist/OD here =)

all settings to 12 o clock, clean channell, once you do it perfect on that crank the distortion and it will sound awesome

you would be advised to keep some treble and mids in the mix, possibly more mids than anything, it will help each note cut through the blur of insanity you shall unleash

and dont listen to anyone telling you any definite settings, it is very amp, guitar, and ear specific

Uh... whatever you use normally?

Much like pinch harmonics (which people also ask about a lot), if you really do it right, the settings won't make a difference.

That makes NO sense.

Which w all know sounds like doo-doo hole!

I think he's referring to it sounding good no matter what setting if his technique is perfect. I might be wrong, though.
