Guitar Rig 5 has encountered a major problem crash

Hello. I bough a new computer with windows 10 system (64 bit). I installed Guitar Rig 5 and it crashes at startup. It says "guitar rig 5 has encountered a major problem and has been terminated" Please see the image below how it looks. Untill now i was using an old computer with windows vista and guitar rig worked very well. Please help!

It could be anything.

Uninstall, download the last version and install that one, then see if anything changes.

Try running it in compatibility mode, with admin rights
