Are they going to be added to the list or replace the others?

Phantom Of The Opera - Iron Maiden
probably EX thats song takes a long time to get the hang of, especially the triplet part in the middle before the guitar solo. (metal) Last edited by 4 strings : 04-07-2009 at 08:24 PM. |

not so sure about hysteria thats a pretty basic line to play its just a knack
and no teen town for jazz, that is an absolute must for bass players IMHO |

I love how this is set up now; though it still has much to be expanded on (though it is kind of hard to do it because of the subjectivity of human nature (of Humanity; hah, get it?!)).
It gives a little profile for everything; though some were problematic (the core section, while needed to give a full scope of songs, is still lacking. I'd switch FCPREMIX and Unholy Confessions, btw).

Normally, I wouldn't submit, but the ska/reggae seems so empty... Are you sure you don't want any more for that genre?

Thanks humanity, thankfully ska is my kind of music.
I'd have to say on&on&on by Catch 22 should suffice. It's not exactly hard to learn but the speed and the precision of the bass line definitely makes it EX or whatever you changed "leik raelly fast and stuf" to. Linksies!

Would just like to comment that Welcome Home by Coheed is ridiculously easy. There are several RATM songs that are harder than it.
Awesome list in general though. Really made me re-evaluate my playing. I'm an expert at metal bass but only a medium at core. OH THE SHAME. ![]()
