Got bored in work just wondered what would rougly look like side on and stuff so
 I wasnt to sure on the design but all of a sudden i like it  Think you will have a Cool looking guitar when done! |

Keep the second design but make a RG or Gibson SG style lower horn.

Look at the top side of the cutout tail, and then the bottom side of the horn, and they're almost there. Deftonesordie - I agree. lp_std: +1 Androidred0100: It's like a more br00tal version of mine :P - That's what you should stick the RG horn on! Lurcher: Thank you. I had no idea. Because I'm a noob. I will now go lessen the depth of the tail split. MrDimmu - all you had to do was request a side-on shot! I coulda just rotated it! Thanks though

The only thing that's different really is the tailpiece cutaway since someone said it was a problem. Anyway, good luck. I shall definitely be keeping an eye out on this one |

An update, jam packed with surprises and pictures to come a little later tonight:
Today, I bought the wood I need for the body and the neck. Here's what the guitar will finally be made of: Two piece Padauk (zomg! Surprise!) body. Three laminate neck(another surprise! I wasn't going to make a neck!): Cherry/Cocobolo/Cherry The wood is fairly nice too, so I might be going with a clear lacquer finish.
