Here's a thought, Jimmy-Jof.
Edit the OP of this thread to indicate all suggestions for additions to the list be in the form a of PM to Jimmy-Jim (or you). Prune all the extraneous posts. Leave the thread open for posts making suggestions to the process itself.

For instance, Maybe Jimmy-Jim (or you) could create a Profile Group. Invite the members on the list. They can make suggestions for additional members, improvements to GB&C, coordinate updating/remake of tutorials and only/ultimate threads, etc.
