hey i was wondering can people from england enter the ug comps for the prizes it looks like its just for US people

some competitions are worldwide, some are USA only. it'll usually say on the page where you enter your details whether or not your country can sign up.

that is very strange considering that i always thought ug was a Russian site, at least the guy who made the site was Russian

yeah the servers are based in russia but (i think) all the competitions and the advertising are done in the USA
