Best exercises for...

crabcore? in the style of Attack Attack?

I wanna be able to do the crab walk. What do you suggest? Squats? Swimming?

Eat a lot of crab. Hook up with a girl with crabs. Then hold a 50lb weight over your head while practicing the walk Only then will you know the meaning of crabcore.

Good way to ruin my day. I was hoping for a god-like thread with exercises sorted by techniques.

And you don't learn how to crab, it's a gift.
