How can I extract drum tracks from a song?

For my solo project, I am planning on covering "Hidden In A Fog" by Behemoth, and am planning on doing every instrument but drums. I have Acoustica Beatcraft, but it would be extremely difficult to replicate the drum work on this song. How can I get a stand alone file of the drum track to this song? I have tried Guitar and Drum Trainer and have had no luck singling out the drums.

well if you have guitar pro you can see if someone made a tab of the song and take the midi drums. you can also see if someone made jsut a regular midi of it. if not then your slightly screwed as youll have to program it out yourself.

theres no real way of doing it unless you have the master recording tracks which then would let you alter the song in anyway.

best way to do it is through acoustica or a better sound drum machine

you're going to need to find a pre-recorded drum track or do it on a drum machine, there's pretty much no way to extract an individual element out of a mixed track like that.

nvm no need to pm. i sucked all the midi from the guitar pro file and just placed it here. to get the drum midi import it into your daw and make all the tracks seperate and import tempo too. delete everything but the percussion, load up your vst, and bam instant behemoth drums \m/

Well, I'm trying to open the file using Audacity, but if I try to play the file, it tells me, "Error while opening sound device. Please check the output device settings and project sample rate." I don't know what a daw is, but I'm trying to open it using Audacity.

daw = digital audio workstation. well you got a problem. audacity cant work with midi, so you cant get a drum sound from there. however if you want me to i can use superior drummer 2.0 or drum kit from hell to get drum sounds from the midi and i can post the mp3 here.

That would be amazingly helpful, man. If it's not too much of a hassle, I would really appreciate that.
