Building a rig-Suggestions?

I currently have a Vox Valvetronix VT100 along with a Tonelab LE which i play both a G+L Telecaster and Washburn A-10 through.
Im selling a Gretsch for around $800 so im looking to buy some new toys.

I was thinking of the following-
Boss RC-20XL Looper.
Boss DD-20 Giga Delay.
ProCo Rat II Distortion.

Combined, this setup fits my price range.
Anyone got any other ideas or tried playing external effects through the Tonelab?

Blame Tim.
He linked to it in another thread.
