Yeah! It's finally time! Ever since the Gold and Silver one died, I've just been waiting to do this one! I figure that now is as good a timer as ever! So here goes!

We're going to loosely follow the story of Pokemon Red/Blue. But I'm adding in Green to travel with us. I expect that since this is The Pit we're posting in, there's going to be a lot of fapping and raping in the story, but let's try to cut down on that a little bit for this story. There was more than enough in the last one. Also, I don't want to be the only one writing, so whoever wants to can write a story or two as long as you let everyone know. Hopefully this thread won't die out too quickly.

Character List:
Pkmn Professor = Prof. Oak

Us = Red (Male)

Rival = Blue (Male)

Our traveling companion/Blue's Cousin = Green (Female)

You open your eyes to the Pokemon poster on the celling right above your bed. On it, you see the three starter Pokemon you'll get to choose from today. Charmander, Squirtle, or Bulbasaur. It's been on your mind for weeks, but now that it's your birthday and you're finally 16 years old, the time has come for you to make that decision. You get up and get dressed. You put on your pants and your belt with slots for Pokeballs. You put on your socks and your favorite sneakers. You look for a shirt, but it you apparently forgot to pick one out last night. You walk to your dresser and pick out the first shirt you see. On top of your dresser you see a picture frame with a picture of your father in it. You haven't seen him since you were 5 years old, because he went out on his Pokemon journey. That's the main reason your doing this today, to follow in his footsteps. You walk downstairs to see your mother making you some scrambled eggs.

"Hey babe, come eat! Today's your big day!" she says.

"I don't know, I really don't want to be late."

She sighs, "Oh, alright then. I packed your backpack. It's right by the door. Don't forget it."
You give her a hug and run for the door. You grab your bag and run for the door.

You run to Oak's lab and walk over to where you see his two grandchildren the same age as you, Green and Blue.

"Hey! About time you showed up!" Blue yells, "I've been fed up with waiting!"

"Oh Blue, shut up!" Green says, "Happy Birthday, Red." You blush a little bit and turn away so she doesn't see. Then the Professor walks out of the back room.

"Ah! Red! Nice of you to show up!" he presses a button on a nearby table and up rises three red and white balls. "Why don't you have first pick? The left one is Charmander, the middle is Squirtle, and the right one is Bulbasaur. Choose!"

Philly used to be the Water Type Gym Leader, but apparently he is now the Least Funny user. He must have been beat too many times, and had to hang up his Pokebelt.
