Baseball!!!!!
Welcome to the UG Baseball thread! Here we talk about the happenings of the great sport of baseball. The main focus of the thread is to talk about the MLB but there really is no limit on what kind of baseball we talk about in here. It could be fantasy baseball, softball, the World Classic and even the Olympic baseball teams.

Ah, baseball will always have a special place in my heart as my third favourite of the four major North American sport and sixth favourite sport overall.
When I do watch I'm either 1) betting on the game or 2) watching the Blue Jays. You can put me down as a Jays fan if you want, probably won't ever come back to this thread though. |

New baseball thread!
Anyway, I just saw this picture showing the lines as single-game tickets for Marlins Park go on sale.  http://twitpic.com/show/full/c26y8q Hopefully that means people are wising up and refusing to go to games until Loria is dealt with. I know I won't be going to anything but spring training games.

I think they can play .500 baseball (give or take a few wins) this year. Still probably not going to compete much. Anyone think this, or am I just stupid?

I guess we can really start talking about who's in when ST starts and we'll see what kinda moves are gonna be made. And I don't have internet that can connect to my PS3. And I personally like Lincecum more with shorter hair. I used to be in love with him back in the day, hence my username.
