I didn't know buckethead could do that! 7/10 anyway, but good on him for moving around genres.

Yes it's neil diamond, but its a very new song. It's also not religious, but using the song's lyrics as a metaphor for a woman etc.

I think it's nice to have a bit of creativity and play a wah-orientated tune on a lap steel guitar but I thought it was a bit too much. He should have toned down on the wah. The song itself was quite tasteless though - didn't really carry a proper melody. I'll still give that a fair 5 though for creativity.

Hmm...I do love me some folk. His vocals have a bit of a Tom Waits feel to them. Lyrics are nice and work well but don't reach out and grab me. I like his twangy guitar tone but overall the song is a little bit generic.

Overall 6/10
