i liked DT album but i dont think it deserves number 1 metal album (maybe hard rock) of 09 + get rid of evangelion and monoliths and dementions and this would be a pretty sweet list.. or atleast better then the ones on list on the frontpage of ug.

No, I did too. Damn the metal forum and it's lack of appreciation for ye olde thrash. EDIT: olde as in old-schoolish. And good.

The Amorphis album was the only one that interested me (that I hadn't heard).
Good stuff.

Ye cannae please anyone on here eh...
I was a bit dissappointed Paradise Lost and While Heaven Wept got so few votes. But as for the list, theres doubtlessly far worse lists out there. Like anyone mine would differ a good amount, but it's not a trainwreck.

I read a Decibel review on the Paradise Lost cd and they gave it a 9/10 might have to get my hands on it and While Heaven Wept got 8/10 in the magazine as well.

The new Paradise Lost is amazing. A return to their older style. With class!
Just gave Amorphis a listen. I enjoyed it |

Why, does the term Scouser have negative connotations? I thought it was a good thing. I'm from Canada, remember?

A Scouser is reference to someone who hails from Liverpool.
And kind sir, I am most certainly not a Scouser.

A Scouser is basically a sub-human.

Aye, I figured the Liverpool thing. I've seen you lads use it for a while and decided it was a casual household title in the UK. No, in all seriousness I figured that however insulting the term is in real life, internet use just strips it of all its punch. But who knows, had you not cleared that up, I might have taken a long-before planned trip to the UK in the summer and called everyone there a Scouser as if it was like calling them lad. ![]()

There's this American guy I know and he says Scottish things but with a really generic American accent.
Shit's hilarious.
