Unhappy Vox Tonelab ST users...I need your help urgently!!!

hi all!

I bought 2 days ago a Vox Tonelab ST theoretically brand new in a music store in my city.

well,it sound vey good but there's something that scares me...when I switch between presets, that change isn't instant, there is a ver very little delay (a very very short portion of a second) but it's enough that the change is not instantaneous and I don't like it,because I have to switch earlier than necessary ...

that happens in your ST?Is it normal?

please help me, I'm thinking in return it

thanks!

my tonelab LE is that way. its normal. there should be no delay when turning on/off the effects, just when switching patches.
