Heyy i heard bullets new album was released like late april

quick question from a noob to get a tone like bullet wat would be best like ive looked at pedals they dont really get the tone so im guessing most of there tone is from emgs and there amp setup but ideas would be appreiciated

Ps : whos at download 2010 ?

Well from what ive seen and heard they use Peavey 6505 amps and at times Ibanez Tubescreamers. So I have a Peavey Vypyr and put on the 6505 amp setting with no effects, the pregain at about 7 or 8 (with EMG pups), bass at 6, mids at 1 or 2, treble at 8, and post gain at about 6 or 7 and it gets a really good bullet tone. So if your buying a new amp you might wanna look into that

They use rectifier cabs but Peavey 6505 heads. If that site is right of course

EDIT:http://www.uberproaudio.com/content/view/377/38/
Looks like Padge does use rectifiers though

Yea they endorse vypyrs, great amps. Set it on the 6505 or Rectifier and your good to go. So BFMV is coming out with a new album soon? Damn, I like Scream Aim Fire, but what i have heard from the poison wasn't so good...

I think Matts for sure....
but I am a bit biased. I own 2 Jacksons, one of em being a RR3

haha yea that might sway your opinion a bit haha, the only difference for me between the two was looks, matts just looks a lot sleeker to me, pages guitar just looks a bit plain, and the picture on the bride does nothing for me

Yeah they really couldve done without the picture on Padges lol

So, what do you all think is the hardest BFMV solos? Riffs? Whole songs?
For me, the hardest solo is The Poison by far and the hardest riff.....I really dont know lol. Maybe Waking the Demon? None of em are too bad tho

What does everyone else think?

yea none of their riffs are that hard, except waking the demon, and ashes of the innocent im still not 100% on those, yea i reckon their hardest solo would be either the poison, or eye of the storm cus i cant sweep to save myself.
On the other hand i reckon hand of blood is their easiest song to play, that or hearts. both are fair easy

Hardest solos, The Poison, 4 Words (the speed in the initial part of the solo makes it tricky), and Eye of the Storm cause of the sweeping. Riffs, Waking the Demon, because it's supposed to be downpicked, but I have to alt-pick it, and my OCD goes nuts because I know that Matt downpicks.
