Tabbing Problem

So, I'm making a tab and I''m putting chords in my tab. (because there is a solo part and I want to cover that since nobody has, and if I make a chords tab I can't cover the solo part) Anyways, one of the chords uses a two digit fret number (10+), and If I use it, it will be off like this:

|-----------10-10-----|
|------------9-9-------| (just a random example)
|------------9-9-------|

Anyways can some one find a solution?
Thanks.

I just space the 9's out twice ever time. Like this.

Code:
|--10-10--| |--9--9---| |--9--9---|

Really not much you can do about it.
