I've done some stuff, I'm somewhat out of practice atm. Gotta get back into practice, currently working on a digipaint.

Replace color in the image menu will swap colours round. And to add more shading, try using the burn tool at low opacity and high spread. |

And/Or a separate layer with low opacity black/white brushes with again wide spread.

This too. In fact probably better this way, because that way you can erase stuff and all that. I dunno why I didn't say that, it's the method I use most ![]() |

S'all good man. Both are perfectly legitimate, I'd just suggest duplicating the layer you're working on for the burn and dodge tools. @ the guy who asked the question.

Alright, I've worked on the Thor picture quite a bit. I've still got some work to do but I'd like to see what you guys think so far and what you would suggest.

Set the opacity of the brush to 0% should work. I don't use GIMP and I'm not on Photoshop at the moment.

So I've kinda got into making some digital art recently whilst my headphones are screwed and I can't make music. This is something I knocked out today after feeling a bit homesick
![]() Anybody else make digital art? I realize the thread is dead. I'm using Cinema 4d, Illustrator and Photoshop at the moment. |

DONT LET THIS THREAD DIE!
Here are some things that I made for a series of images that are supposed to come together as a story from start to finish. I am still kiinnnd of working on them, although that is debatable. There are two others that could pass for being complete but they don't look right to me, and I cant figure out how to fix them Anyway, here are the two that I am happy with: ![]() Each one is made of approximately 30 photos each; nothing except minor debris effects, and the planet in the first image were painted in. |

I do stuff with GIMP sometimes, but it's all sort of fetishy and pretty all much either NSFW for specific people, and/or probably generally uninteresting to most users here.
I also make goofy grindcore band logos. I might post some of those later.
