New album coming in the next few months, supposedly entitled Valley of Smoke.

if any of you want to check out some of the stuff written for the new record, check out :


it sounds great. I can't wait. I'm trying to add danny walker and Sasha Dunable on fb to see if I can get any info from them.

edit : some of the duet drumming is ridiculous.

I know. Prehistoricisms was really good, and the more experimental/prog direction they took was fitting, and now it seems it's all going to come together into one bitchin record.

Ok so I talked to Sasha Dunable, the lead singer and guitar player. He confirmed the name of the album, Valley of Smoke. It is coming out this september. Also, they're touring with mother ****ing CYNIC this summer. Dysrhythmia is also supporting this tour.

Just discovered that the show I was supposed to going to was 18+. Cynic, Intronaut and Dysrhythmia.



Same thing with ISIS and Melvins on the 20th-21st. GOD!

Having seen Intronaut live back a year ago, it was pretty cool. They were all nice as hell, too.

They came out and (there not being a rail at that venue) we were all right on the stage and they all just kind of froze and stared out.

Was a pretty humorous opening to one badass concert.

Small venues are always better. Kylesa came on afterwards and played, like...14 songs in their 45 minute set. Plus Phil's hair was totally on fire/smoking from the copious amounts of weed they just inhaled. And Troy and I had a staring contest during Mastodon's set.


Ahh...memories.
