Guitar Action w/ floyd rose

I have an ESP LTD M-300FM

basically the action on the first 12 frets is a bit too low, yet 12-24 frets are a little big to high.

I tried adjusting the posts, didn't help.

What can I do?
**Fender Strat
**'89 Jackson Soloist
**Fender G-DEC
**Peavey Bandit 112
**Dunlop Cry-Baby
**Digitech HardWire DL-8

I'm not great on the subject but it sounds like your neck relief needs adjusting (via the truss-rod)
