09-42 then 52 and 70 now, but the pics were taken with stock strings- never figured out the gauges for those but tension wise the low strings are about the same, only the plain strings feel lighter now (like I wanted it)

I'll probably switch to a 75 as I'll stay in drop E until I get a 7 string bass to compliment it, and 70 is just a wee bit too floppy for E. I might get a thinner D string as well since there's a bit too much tension there, maybe I'll drop the G/b a gauge too.

It's 27'' btw

Thanks man, that Intrepid of yours is a beaut too

I plan to mod it with some Cold Sweats and a coiltap. Then maybe I'll get it properly set up as well, I'm not really happy with string tension and action and such.

Very nice indeed, although I prefer the hardtail version; I've played one and it's one of the best guitars I had played for a while at the time, just wish I had the money for one.

I guess I'm very old school with how I choose guitars - if it doesn't play well without an amp, I don't even plug it in.
I'm sure PRS players arent as conservation and traditional as Fender and Gibson players so they could jump on one.

25.5" would be ok considering its a PRS, but its never going to be 27"


The RGA7 is a nice guitar, the finish is slightly too thin on the neck but its very satin and feels great IMO.

News post on facebook doesn't say anything more specific than "not this year" so I was massively pissed off when I read it. I don't want a fucking EP dammit! I want a full length album with the EP material on it! I've been a fan of these guys since before they lost Abi as their singer; I've been waiting way too long for it now.
