I think I've probably got a good idea what I'd go for; the nailbomb in the bridge of my RG1527 is pretty damned awesome but I think something a little more open voiced would be good, maybe one of the vintage-hot line. That said, if you ever need any advice you should definitely go join the forums on the BKP site; really helpful bunch of guys who know their stuff over there!

Guys, quick question;
Whenever I plug in my Ibanez (The one I posted pictures of earlier), the amp emits a high-pitched, continuous droning noise. I switched to my Jackson to see if it was the amp, or cable, but the noise was absent. Oddly enough, it's also affected by what preset I choose on my Fender Mustang II, and what pickup I choose, becoming more muffled if I turn down the tone knob, or switch to the neck pickup. It's really bothering me, so if anybody has any advice, it would be greatly appreciated. |

Only thing I can think of off the top of my head is one of your pickups is microphonic but I don't know apart from that. Take it to a tech and get it looked at.

That'd be a good excuse to get new pickups, because the stock pickups BLOW. :p But yeah, thank you for your help Zaphod, I'll take it to get checked out soon. |

Very good move by Bareknuckle. I recently purchased some BKPs (just 6 string versions - but my 7 is already loaded with Painkillers anyway
) for one of my guitars. Came with a nice BKP coaster as well haha!

I would be all over those if they didn't have the tremolo.
Also, New Mouse Day.

Update on my Ibanez situation;
Now, the neck pickup selector isn't working, and when I goto the bridge selector, there's this constant tapping sound. Also, I tried switching cables, and whenever I inserted it into the guitars input, it made this weird screaming sound. HALP PLS |

Looks like a nice piece of kit indeed, for my desktop I use a Razer Imperator (older 5600dpi version) but I think I'm going to change soon; it feels nice and all but I think it's starting to wear a little.

I've gone through a Logitech MX518 and a Razer Deathadder. Both were good. I'll just buy another Mionix when this one is worn out.

Ahh man, that sucks. Normally the pickups on the RGA are shoddy but it sounds like the wiring job on yours was pretty poor as well. You bought it new didn't you? So it should be under warranty. See if they can fix it or replace it - or if not even give you a bit of a refund and then you can get some new pups and get the whole thing rewired?Good luck!
