Oh lord, this thread was created in such innocent times. We knew it was going down hill, but we still stuck with it. We had no idea just how bad it was about to get.

It's the "beginning of the end" apparently with last night's episode.

Last night's episode was the first in a long time that had some realistic emotion. It wasn't a great episode or anything but it was worth noting solely because it attempted to do something other than "here's some stupid cheap humor and some relationships that nothing ever bad happens to so you don't have to worry about caring about them anymore" which seems to have been the gameplan the past few seasons. It was kind of refreshing.

I was reading this article/interview with the director or creator or some dude in charge who said they were going to bring Andy back and have some Erin/that one new guy/Andy tension which I don't care about. Michael is apparently not coming back for the finale, but Ryan and Kelly are.

I dunno. I'm ready for it to be over but i'm glad they're trying something newish.
