go to one of the competition sign up threads (ex: Autumn Super Comp sign up), read the first post and see if you're interested and if there's space (there is in the autumn competition if you can get a piece done and submitted by nov. 1st) then post "in" or something saying you'd like to enter. Then, by the due date (ex: nov 1st), submit your poem by private message to the person running the competition--almost always the threadstarter (in this case its cubs). Then, some time later, they will set up polls and then go ahead and vote (but don't voter for yourself). be sure to read the competition forum rules --> http://www.ultimate-guitar.com/foru...ouncementid=137

WTF is the point of having a lower tier if only one person is on it. I ask for the permission to be assigned to the lower tier with Digupherbones. Just for shits and giggles-and the fact that i'm always throwing middle fingers in the air.
