Well, I don't want to sound mean and discouraging, but Dutch is a hell of a hard language to learn if you want to master it. A good basic knowledge of Germanic languages will get you a good start though, especially German.

not liking it at all!
its too damn cold and snow + cold = slippery roads and delays of trains i have to catch everyday, summer can't come soon enough for me lol only happy if there would be enough snow so that i wont have to go to school  what about you? |

What are your thoughts on the rejection of the idea of the football (or soccer, if you will) wordl champions in the Netherlands?
To be frank, I'm kinda pleased. I don't think it will do the country any good. It would've made us more famous though, but some of the things Fifa claims are plain ridiculous... |

^ glad it didn't happen as well, would have been awesome on one hand, but the FIFA stands for pretty much everything that I don't agree with. I would have been very surprised if they hadn't picked Russia and Quatar, they where the obvious choices moneywise.

^I was supposed to celebrate it at my grandparents' , but my folks are afraid to drive with the predicted icing on the roads, so it looks like it'll just be me and a bag of pepernoten. Damn snow
