Angel Dust is a harddrug, i found it somewhere on the internet...
It seemed a cool name to me... But it's more kinda metal... or even goth, with the angel stuff... dunno, i'll just keep searching for a name i guess

Mike_Powerhead: Creative Insanity! Very good!
underline: Death Incarnate is very cliché and Pissface...well, only for punk bands .guitaristdave: I donīt like this name. I canīt describe why, but I donīt like it. Nikki_Sixxxx: Very cliché too, but nearly all metal bands have a similiar name, so it doesnīt matter.

Hey Im currently in two bands. Maybe soon it will only be one. But anyways I wanted to see what you guys thought was a better name.
One of my bands name is Nightmare Theory and the other is Escaping Euphoria So which one is a better name? Nightmare Theory or Escaping Euphoria (btw both play mainly Emo and Screamo stuff) |

I think "This is real" sounds more like hip-hop.
A guy with a Slipknot avatar and a melodic metal band. Sounds interesting... (Iīm a fan of Slipknot, donīt be pissed by my comment, but the first albums werenīt that melodic.)

My friend was in a band called Lost Prophets...but now since it's taken, they don't have one. Which sucks cause they kick some ass.
Some names I thought of...Frozen Tears, Government Cheese, Sunset Failed, and Novus Ordo Seclorum. What do you think is the best?

I record under the pseudonym 'Karel Klos'. The reason for this is somewhat long winded:
He is a Czech pop singer that appears in the Milan Kundera novel 'The Book Of Laughter & Forgetting' and is symbolic of "music without memory, the music under which the bones of Beethoven and Ellington, the ashes of Palestrina and Schoenberg are forever buried". Karel's role is nothing more than a brief cameo in the novel, but its always been one that has thrown up the most questions for me. Can music exist without memory? I have come to view this from the idea that the buried bones are not forgotten, but merely beneath the surface, and this is very much the way that I construct music. The theory is deeply grained, but the music is based around feeling, not memories. Therefore, the name has always felt most appropriate for me.

Which word is "Seclorum"? theshowbizkid: "music without memory, the music under which the bones of Beethoven and Ellington, the ashes of Palestrina and Schoenberg are forever buried", wonderful!Really wonderful!
