ive been considering giving this game a go. im getting a bit bored of my current MMO and have been shopping around for a 'vacation' game the last week or two.
how limited is the gameplay with the f2p structure? is it like a pay-to-win scenario?

My summoner name is Joezzeles for whoever wants to add me. Would you guys mind if I brought my friend to play occasionally? He doesn't lurk UG but we work well together.
For the moment I don't feel comfortable doing PvP since I only joined two days ago, so if anyone wants to join me for beginner level AI fights that'd be pretty cool.

Wow so after updating my entire computer last night for 5 hours I finally got this game to work.
It's definitly different then what I'm used too..the targeting system is hard to get down good. It's a lot of fun though! I played for a few hours this morning and started getting angry..I couldn't kill a BOT champion to save my life in co op vs ai..it seems I gota get some better combos down and try a diff toon.. Anyone wanna help me out with some things? Melee: do melee stay behind minions? I rolled the big dude with horns one game and got up to the max self heals spell and shield but if I charged another champion or tower I would get owned almost instantly. Ranged: Who's decent? I tried playing the engineer dude with the wrenches and turrets but the turrets seemed to get LOS'd everytime I was about to kill someone. I tried the dude with the big scroll on his back and he seems awfully squishy Tonight when I get home I'm guna try the chic with guns .. I was facing her in AI last night and she would half life me with some crazy shooting spell that lasted about 4-5 seconds and I couldn't LOS it Also, is the speed boosts pretty much the mandatory upgrade for DPS followed by damage increases? By the way I really suck at this game! Feels good.

Alright I'm in the group and just to reiterate, my summoner name is Joezzeles. I haven't found a main yet so you'll see me jumping around toons and whatnot. The pattern I seem to find is I like ranged classes.
Anyways, I was wondering if we have any sort of voice chat system going?
