Do you guys want to use Vent instead of skype? I find it uses a lot less computer resources.

I would say that even for a DPS or caster, it's usually important to build some sort of defense item. Banshees veil is the best choice against other casters as it negates any one spell cast on you, in addition to giving you a sizeable health, mana, and magic resist boost.

Typically, it's best to get Tier 1 champs early on, so the 450/1350 champs are your best bet. Then save up for a Tier 3 champ when you get to level 20, so you can get one of the 6150 champs. That being said, I'd say go for whatever champion you really want honestly. They can all be played very well and stand their own if you learn to play them right, build the inventory in game right, and then build your runes and masteries right with that champion in mind. Check out leaguecraft.com for guides on how best to do this. I personally saved up to get Katarina (one of the 3150s), and I've been happy sticking with only her since. Also, you can get a free Tristana via liking the Facebook page and what not. Hope that helps, and sorry for not responding sooner
