cant find metronome pattern for song
So this is my first time recording, im recording my band by myself but im trying to find a metronome for chugging, especially one that goes 00000--00000--00-00000 x2. How would i make a metronome pattern for this. & chugs in general

That's not what a metronome does - it just keeps a steady beat - it's down to you do subdivide that beat however you see fit.
Sounds like what you really want is a drum machine.
