Asking for free guitar picks from dunlop?
So i've just heard that apparently some people have managed to email dunlop before , pointing out the picks they like and asking for a sample of 5 or 6 different picks , and actually got it. Anyone here ever done this and had success? I'd like to get some free picks if it's that easy to do.
Also if anyone has done this with other pick companys then post about that too. edit: since this thread has deviated slightly, just post about getting any free stuff from guitar related companies by hassling them via email or similar. Lets see what stuff you've got too , post pics if you want.

5 or 6 picks is like a dollar... I'd imagine they'd be willing to part with that.

Worth a shot, asking for a sample of different thicknesses etc.
Raijouta, 6 (good branded) picks is like £3 here in london. I steal picks, and after a few years of playing guitar have a mass of about 20 lying around in random places.
