First Act Distortion *I say 1/2 cause it died in a week and barely sounded better than the cratz built in distortion* *gift and in the trash* 4. Douglas WR-340 *paid for with money from yamaha and gone* 5. Douglas Debeo Octanis *paid for with money from WR-340 and gone* 6. SX Hawk SE *paid for with money from Debeo Octanis and gone* 7. RG 5EX1 *got in trade from SX Hawk SE, gone* 8. Digitech GT-3 *free gone* 9. Fender Champ 30 *free gone* 10. ESP LTD 100FM *got in trade from 5EX1 and gone* 11. Ibanez ART100 *got in trade from LTD100FM gone* 12. Jay Turser Custom Telecaster *also in trade from LTD M100FM, gone* 13. SX Hawk SE *traded the tele to get it back, gone* 14. Ibanez RG470FM *got in trade from ART100 and gone* 15. Line 6 Spider IV 15 *traded as well, gone* 16. First Act strat *better than the RG5EX1 was sadly, I still own it* 17. B.C. Rich Warlock Metal Master *couldnt stand owning a ibanez anymore* ESP > Ibanez

I see so many people getting numerous crappy/mediocre guitars and amps before stepping up to at least a mid-end instrument. I don't understand the logic behind it

Not really in any order I had a slew of crappy amps including a spider 2 212, behringer v-ampire... Then when i started gigging i could only afford valvestate and i ended up with 2 (i bought the first head cheap then the second 8100 came with a cab) ended up selling those... I had a 1960 cab though. Had a dsl100 for a while don't have that anymore neither do i have the 1960 Currently I have a peavey ultra plus with a engl vintage 30 loaded 2x12 and a jet city jca2112rc. Year: 2010 '76 Ebony Reissue Gibson Explorer Fender Mustang III Line 6 POD XT Marshall Haze 15W head/cab MXR Fullbore Metal MXR Wylde OD MXR '78 Custom Badass Distortion Today: Was supposed to get a American Fender Standard Stratocaster but the music store lied about there current promo, so I found out about 30mins ago that I wont be getting a new guitar. That's the history of my gear, I didnt start purchasing real good gear until I had moved out of home, secured my job and all that jazz. I used what I could get by on until I could afford my own gear and have slowly been putting together a top quality rig since then. Would I try and do it differently? Probably not as I am happy with what I have and it will only keep growing. Already looking to purchase a drum kit and I dont even know how to drum!
