There's a lot of reading plans and stuff you can check out. Some are chronological, some are for people entirely new to it all (basics first), some plans are for specific aspects like prophecies or miracles. You could check out some of those, if you'd like. Esther is a pretty good book to start with in the Old Testament. Luke is also good, because it's written by a doctor/scientist, so it gives interesting perspective.

Just curious, are there any Scientologists here?

Just to put it into perspective, the combined Harry Potter novels contain 1,090,739 words, and have been read by children all over the world, the Bible contains just 774,746 yet many see it as too many words to read.

Would you like me to create an OP banner for the thread? I can have one ready tomorrow if nobody objects. I don't post myself but I enjoy reading the topic.

If it'd be cool, feel free to suggest what you'd like in the banner. Don't have to be as ostentatious as the GT banner, was thinking something nice and simple.

I prefer Ecclesiastes. Interesting how King Solomon asked God for wisdom and when he got it, all he could write about was the "vanity of life."

But God doesn't put commandments into neat spells.

And the font is so tiny!

I really love the older stuff Jesus did with The Apotheles but his solo project was far too underground for me.

On topic.

I have nothing to say

So, nihilism anybody? I agree with a couple of it's major points.

I would discuss nihilism, but what's the point?

Not sure what you mean exactly but I presume you equate all nihilism with radical nihilism - the idea that nothing exists.
But that's far from all nihilism. I hate to use Wikipedia as a source but it's article on nihilism is pretty good.
Moral nihilism for one states that all morals are completely man (or animal) made and do not exist outside of our minds.
I very much agree with this but that doesn't mean I disregard morals. Not at all actually. I very much enjoy following them.
Edit: Correcting mistakes.
