Count me in for the 100GBP challenge. My plan is to do a Flea Bass style bass guitar with single pickup and laminate neck.

I think I'm gonna have to pull out of both challenges, honestly not sure if I'll have the money with sorting out my LP since I broke it

I will be interested to see what people come up with.

Shame it doesn't include people like me who don't have the tools to build a body and neck

Hey Boysie, just a heads up. The link to Nowa90's build doesn't work, just leads to Mint-Sauce's one.

I am sorry. Im going to back down. Had a very hard time at university. Architecture is very demanding and I did not have the time nor the mental composure to study and keep building guitars. To much brain stress. I hope to finish my unfinish business on summer, but Im not sure since I will be doing summer course to get ahead with university since I will be working full time next year and study at the same time. Dark days are ahead of me. Thank you all.

Good news-I'm gonna be right on time with my build. ooh, just realized that it may not be eligible after all. my dad has gotten a lot of work for a professional wood finisher (that's right he has done nothing but finish wood for a profession for the last 30 years), and he offered to do a favor in return, which ended up clearcoating the guitar. what's the deal on this one?

We can let that one slide I think - there are enough people dropping out already, we can't lose you too
