A ban on size doesn't mean I won't consume 2 liters a day, it was a stupid law.
Of course while they limited this soda law I'm sure liters and half gallon bottles of grain alcohol were legal. I mean come on.

i was under the impression that the idea was if you offer a smaller cup people will tend to drink less soda cause they don't really think about it.
if that was the jist if it then i suppose it would be interesting to try
