I've been watching Let's Play 20 Years of Sonic. The amount of nostalgia in the video series is crazy (I forgot all about Sonic Spinball and the Dreamcast games). Here's a link to the thread if anyone cares. They aren't finished yet (they are mid Sonic 2006) but it's not like you're gonna be at that game any time soon.

It's only in Japan as far as I know, but if anyone's ever played the PS2 games .hack, (awesome game, awesome storyline btw, go, run now to your local game stop and pick up a used copy if you've never played it), they're coming out with a fighting game for the series called .hack//versus. The series ended with GU, and they came out with an MMORPG which is based on the game in the game, and now this.

My 8th-9th grade summer was spent completing this series, many a wasted day maxing stats and such. Unfortunately I really dwindled gaming-wise by the time GU came out and never went past part 4 of the original series, but it still has a place in my heart as one of my fondest video games. /nostalgia rant
