Not getting my business...Billy Hyde have always given terrible service and generally been rude or not interested in helping when i've been there. Before they merged the Allans music store in Brisbane was alright and staff were pretty helpful. Nowadays i'd rather take my business to a Musician's Pro Shop or non chain store.
