^yeah, i was just messing with ya
my cousin actually got a pretty cheap waterproof/shock proof video camera. he mounts it on his RC's (boats, helicopters, cars), he loves it. it doesn't do too bad a job at pics either. ![]() that is me last summer. he took that with his camera. think he got the thing for under 150, but i can't remember what brand he got.

Oh, yeah that's not bad at all. I think a lot of the cheaper ones only go to a pretty shallow depth unless it's progressed. I think 2 years ago an Olympus that could go 10ft under was about $200-250.

I dig it, especially the bridge hardware. I agree with Matt tho, too many switches. |

Definitely a case of just because you can doesn't mean you should...

well, finished designing the mod for the OD channel on my jet city... the aims were to use the unused triode, and bring it a little more in line with the Soldano Lucky 13 gain channel (which is my all time favourite amp if you didn't remember) here's a pic for those of you interested in schematics.... blue is additions, grey is removals.
show
The 470k to ground in front of the HPF and gain control may come back out again as my input stage is shared (unlike the Lucky 13) and as such has a lower gain because of the clean channel so I may want the extra gain, but there's actually a few gain soak resistors in the Lucky 13 circuit that I cannot realistically put in without hacking the PCB apart so I may need it.

GoPro! Seriously... They're awesome. For serious underwater stuff you'd want the diving enclosure, but the standard case works fine in shallow water. I love mine. I bought it for video but I actually use it for pictures more now. I can't believe everyone doesn't have a GoPro at this point. ![]()

Today is pay day! I haven't had beer in the house for two weeks. Damn alternator screwed up my money. Pretty excited to stock up tonight, and probably go out for some greasy food too!
![]() Anybody seen the Hobbit yet? I re-read it a few weeks ago so I'm really excited to see it!

Damn that's odd. Isn't that a bit longer than your last? I'm hoping you and Tim get this whole process down to a science because if I ever decide I need another guitar (probably a tele) that's how I'm gonna buy it. After watching you guys snag those deals it seems crazy to buy any other way. ![]()
