basically a lot of leftovers
some cut up pitas that my yiayia made, a bit of pasta, some peas and parmesan cheese on top. and four eggs.but on a day when there are ingredients in the fridge, it goes something like bacon, mushrooms, fetta cheese, peas, and chicken if i feel so inclined. and four eggs. seasoned appropriately.

salmon and tuna are pretty much the only fish i can stand these days. i'm pretty partial to any crustacean though.

i love those little fishes, anchovies right? They have a Mediterranean counterpart that's a little better, but pretty rare to find in istanbul. I really want to try tuna steaks, all i find are the canned ones and those are, well, i've had too much of those and find them meh now

guess i'm just not into overly salty stuff. don't like oysters/mussels or anything like that either.

i love salt, turns good food into awesome food, and can sometimes make bad food semi-bearable. oysters and the like are pretty damn awesome over here, but the sea here is just trash, too much pollution and shit
