Seems like it, I hadnt been in to the old store for a while, but they now have a bunch of PRS's and Maton electrics. plus all the amps arent crowded into a 2mx2m corner.

If so, use to your advantage.

Guys how's the Xotic stuff? Just been offered a BB Pre MB in trade for the Algal Bloom but never tried any of the line.

I had the standard BB pre. Built like a tank, very warm and smooth. Most gain of all thw Xotic dirt boxes too. Cleans up well and works as a boost or standalone OD.

Tempted to say yes to be honest, saves me having to search for a decent overdrive.

Unless he's willing to pay cash of course.

I have a confession to make.
I've been over on MLP for the past year.
Yeah I know, there was some shit talking over here from MLP assholes awhile back
But do not hate me because I am beautiful.

Actually, its one of the social groups.
A little over a year ago, the mod on the Epiphone forums started acting in a way that would have made BigMike on TGP say something like "Dude, lighten up".
So a bunch of abandoned the Epi forums and started a little group over on MLP. I didn't pick MLP, someone else did.

I do hit the pedal section over there from time to time though.

Thats all I have to say about that.
Its more like PBT has its own sub forum, but with older folks (Yeah **** you)

EDIT: Oh, and,

Back in Richardson, and have better pics of the SLO, along with a reorganized mapz room. So in love with the SLO and 100B right now. Can pull some pretty nice cleans out of the SLO, surprisingly enough. Never bothered dicking around with that channel when playing others. This is also the first one without the depth control that I've played, and I don't miss it at all, at least through the 412. Will be keeping the SLO, 100B and THD, along with the Diezel 412 (for now) and the Splawn 212. Everything else goes.

Sweet gear collection. I haven't ever tried a Bogner amp or played the THD and CEC, but I dug the Herbert I tried and loved the SLO100 I tried. The THD seems to be a staple for you. You've had that for years now.

Although its not verified, just found out I'm gonna be sitting in with some band at my step-sister's bar this saturday.
Although ATM, I have no fucking idea what they play.
I do know its VERY likely mainly country and classic rock. Every other band I have seen play there does country and classic rock.
My mom mentioned something about jazz, but she still thinks you need an internet connection to turn a computer on. So not a good source there.
And its mainly a redneck type bar.
Waiting for a phone call to find out WTF I need to learn in the next 4 days.

Well maybe you'll at least get to play some Rush.

I've got a gig Friday, but apparently our bassist and singer are going to be out of town, so I think I'll be stuck playing bass, and the other guitarist may have found a singer to fill in. Kind of why I want a small bass rig, so I can practice. This is the third or fourth gig over the last year where I've had to switch over to bass.

Also might be starting a band with a couple of friends of mine, hoping for some Wonder Years-esque pop punk but we'll see how it goes.

That would be cool.
Just gotta find out what they know.
Its mainly shit people can dance to.
Not much in Rush's catalog for that.
Maybe Fly By Night, Passage To Bangkok, Working Man (A shortened version. Don't want people dropping dead on the dance floor ).
I'm pretty sure Black Sabbath and Judas Priest are out though

Kinda want another Orange. Don't think I'd ever really use it though.

Plugged it in briefly to check it over, remembered why I've been after another one of these for so long. Dirty channel is a monster.

Actually really enjoyed running the El Cap into the front of it as well.

yeah that's kinda like me with them, too. sound awesome, have no idea what to use them for

though that hayden i picked up does sound a little bit like that darker orange/matamp british type of tone. but it can do other things too, which is nice.

yeah people can be surprisingly phobic about that sort of stuff. i asked a dude to ship me stuff, and he tried to convince me that his post office didn't have express satchels, and when he conceded that fact, that it was going to be like $40 and not worth the hassle.
