Love this game. Been taking a bit of a break from it but I'll probably go back on to finish another season. Up to the 2023/2024 season. I'll copy some of your format TS and state my CV.

Tactics - I stick to your standard 4-4-2 most of the time, sometimes putting the midfield in a central diamond, and on occasion, i.e. European games I'll play a 4-5-1 with 3 an AML, AMR, 2 CM's and a DM.

I say 'usual starting line-up' however I do rotate the players a fair bit given the long fixture schedule. However if I was going for my best team I'd likely play this line-up, give or take one or two (i.e. putting Santon in left-back and Moriera right-back with Moha coming into centre back or dropping Leoni/Gadda for Sunday and Lucas for Giachetti).

Problems

None. When I first started I did not do well at all finishing 7th, 13th, 8th, and 9th in the first four seasons. This was down to my own bad tactics and some mediocre signings. After that my fortunes changed as I managed to bring in some pretty good players and at the same time I invested money in youngers, who after a few seasons, turned into quality players who have been integral to me winning so many trophies. I also have a large backroom staff list and adjusted the training schedules to suit my team.

Interesting to note that only Courtois, Santon, Caulker, Walcott, and Alaba are the only real players in my team at this point I think. I have some players as coaches now though i.e. Cristiano Ronaldo, Yohan Cabaye, David Trezeguet as my assistant, and a few others.
