Ours is the Kingdom is awesome, but I would have gone with The Voice of Steel. I'll make sure I review today.

Yea it is awesome. Too bad not all the songs are available on youtube. Pretty sure I accidentally started listening to another album with a similar cover.

Just listening to Unchain the Wolves on youtube and I really like it. I saw them live with Watain a couple of years back, and thought they were pretty good, but I never actually listened to them properly.

VG, IMPORTANT
I'm going to be out of town the 9th through the 11th. I realize this is most likely when my battle is going to take place. So if Andy thinks it is fair, could we select our albums via PM on Friday or Saturday before the round is announced, that is if people need more time to vote on the current round through Sunday.

I'd like to join in on the reviewing. I can't actually participate because I'm, er... new. So do I need to sign up somewhere or just randomly post my review?

As I said before, I'm ready anytime, just lay it on me VG. Good job being responsible about this.

I think it would be great if some new members would contribute.

Go ahead man, if you post some quality reviews, you could have a spot in the next competition, if there is another after this.

#$%# I was going to post my review three hours ago but my power went out as I was writing it. Might not get to it tonight now. Possibly tomorrow.

Just a quick question, is this competition about the album that best fits the theme, or the best album overall?

I thought as much. I don't want to sound petty but CS's review basically read to me, "forefather fit the theme, but I prefer D666 so I'm going to make it fit the theme and I'm going to vote it cause I prefer it musically"

I still need to listen to Forefather, I'm quite familiar with the other two, off the top of my head, I would say Graveland barely edges out D666, so Graveland is the album it has to beat so to speak.

I'll be away until Sunday, so if I'm slow or nonexistent with my reviews in the next round, please excuse me as it's not due to laziness or just not caring.

That's alright. If it was between Forefather and D666 I would have voted Forefather definitely just because it fits the theme.
