[GP5] The Taint of Blood (Prog Metal/Rock)
So, I actually wrote this song a long time ago, and I just dug it up yesterday. Counted it, it was 300 measures and 10 minutes long. I'm sure you don't want to listen to 10 minutes worth (Even though part 2 is drastically different than part 1, because part 1 is supposed to have the vocals), so I split it into 2 parts. If you decide to critique, please specify which one.
Note, I have lyrics written for this. The names, the lyrics, don't matter. I just want to know how you like the music.

Some of the intro sounds like a black metal song...
Its very typical sounding 80's prog: Thrash metal with time signature changes and more technical riffs. Needs work.

Part 1 reminds me of a bit of Holy Wars by Megadeth (if that's the correct song I'm thinking of). Don't get me wrong, it's just that it gave off some familiarity.
Part 2, I find, is more interesting than Part 1 and I think i's sounds really tight. Sorry if this is a shit crit, I'm not the best at it.
