I took your advice seriously... I have played a few Casper guitars, and they are incredible. I'm simply looking for that same playability, but with the bling added to it. Even my luthier is not 100% certain about the fret situation... not sure if it enhances performance or is a gimmick of sorts (the latest trend).

You mean compensated/true temperament frets? I don't think they're any better or worse than normal frets, they're just different. It's wrong to call them a gimmick though, nor are they a trend (not yet anyway), considering how few people are actually using them.

I don't like Avenged Sevenfold anymore. I was 14 when I joined & the 6661 in the username seemed a great idea at the time. Sigh.

As I stated, I was "not sure" if it was a gimmick... never came out and stated as much... "I'm not sure." Never heard of it and wasn't certain what difference it would make if any.

I know you said you weren't sure, I was just giving my opinion.

They do make a difference, although it isn't overly dramatic. Basically, some notes on a guitar with normal frets aren't quite in tune, all compensated frets do is correct that. Like I said, it isn't dramatic, and it obviously isn't a problem that some notes are slightly out with normal frets - most people don't even realise, and even those that do know about it, usually aren't too fussed anyway.

Pickups and bridge have to be turned 10 degrees clock wise. İf not, either the neck will be placed bad or strings won't stay in their places and neither your truss rod nor intonation adjustments won't work.

As my luthier (with 25 years experience) eloquently put it:

"Sure, Ever know a Luthier to do a layout without a center-line? Do you see a center-line? Nuf said- That is drawn on for concept only. The final layout will be drawn off of the center-line-"

I think the peanut gallery needs to keep off this thread and let the professionals continue on with the project.

Ok do whatever you want, it's your guitar, but then you should place your strap locks wisely.

My guitars have imbedded tracking devices in them... you would have to destroy the guitars to find out where they are hidden. :-) And they are so one-of-a-kind, that a person couldn't sell them and would have to hide them from site without the tracking mechanism in place.

I always liked the looks of the Firewheel straplocks. Because the body will be a very dark espresso, I went with the black straplocks so that they blend into the body a bit:

A bit of extra 'curve' work around the butt end, with the pickguard setting in place (it's a mirror pickguard, but has a protective covering over it for the time being).

There's plenty of silver on the guitar, and I wanted the strap locks to blend in more with the body's color... and the pickguard is a mirror, and so it will reflect the silver hardware and pickup covers.

If you're not careful you're going to get yourself warned or worse, I don't think I've seen many others in this forum section with such a rude attitude. The guitar looks nice though. Are you going to play it much or will it just be a glass case affair?

I don't showcase any of my guitars... I play them... maybe not that well, but I play them. In regard to the 'hook' on the back end, I know others who really like it, and so I guess it depends on taste. And since it's my guitar, that's all that counts.
