Disconecting my fender deluxe's main speaker?
I'm finally finished up with my iso box and want to double track a rhythm section with my dual rectifier and my fender. My question is can i disconnect the combos speaker and hook the preamp to the cab in my iso box?

You can disconnect the speaker and hook it up to the cab, provided the impedances match. Just pay close attention while wiring it up, because any small mistake and you may be running the amp with no load. ![]() That is not hooking the preamp to the cab though, its hooking the full amp, pre and power, up to the cab.
