For all those who like project pictures :P

Hi,

This is my build. It's a Mahagony strat with one-piece maple neck.

At first, the plan was to make a body out of plywood but it broke and had lots of holes so I bought mahagony and started from the beggining.

Here is the process:

Good job so far, I like looking at the early pics that are really rough and then going to the other end and seeing the difference. Also, is that thing you radius sanding block?

this looks great. also theres been lots of guitars made of plywood. but thats not the point. mahogany, so much better and i love the round curves. looks gorgeous. and youve done a mighty good job on the neck. might i ask though, did you cut holes from a dvd case for the inlays? lol, if so, thats some nice innovation

Not to be a dick, just a little curious... but are the dots at the 12th fret supposed to be off-center from the rest of them?
