Hello everybody

I recently got my new Zoom G7 1.ut, i was so excited about it and really liked it. Unfortunately couple of days ago i switched it on and I noticed that the Energizer tube didn't glow and when i hit the strings no sound at all came out! I checked my input/output cables, checked the sound level on my amp and all was fine. Yet no sound at all!

All the nobs works normally but the problem is no sound is coming out. I googled this and i figured out that this seem to be a common problem in this pedal. Some people who faced the same problem changed the tube but the problem was not solved. I urge your help, please share your experience with me.

have you tried changing the tube?

factory reset?

no i still didn't change it because i found some people complaining about the same problem in different forums and the problem remains even after changing the tube.

unfortunately everyone who complained about this never posted a repair tip or what they did to solve it. i asked but no answer at all so i decided not to change the tube till i figure out the real problem.

I'd replace it anyway or contact the manufacturer.

Factory reset?
