then what is the point of going to mumuplayer? Its an alternative to bring our discussions elsewhere however we like to. I've already mentioned why Facebook group chat is annoying. Basically mumuplayer is like IRC but with music uploading.. instead.. IRC can have unlimited people on it.. and music sharing is possible as well... why not use IRC?

I don't think he's saying anyone has to. It would just be an alternative/more efficient medium to have more immediate discussions and socializing that maybe wouldn't be accepted on the forums as an entire thread due to traffic and bandwidth issues.
A live chat like IRC is easily manageable and would offer a fun, easy way for members to socialize and have discussions without polluting the more conservative forums. It wouldn't attract people away from the forums IMHO. Alot of people might even become more active by having access to something more fast-paced to extend their conversations in beyond the message boards. But no one has to and it's not as big of a deal as some might think... |

Yeah I have discovered some of the best music I've ever heard just by hanging out and listening to music on mumuplayer. Of course it all depends on who is on there.. but there is always a variety from the UG group.

I need a consensus on a new channel name. Something like #Sacofricosis or #cumausnord #UGmetalforum. Whatever you guys want to come up with... I will pick the best one... or get votes on the best one. Be creative and make it accessible to the metal forum people.
