Looking for a word but...
What is the term used to describe a pun used with a double meaning? I know I'm not explaining this very well.
Examples:

Holy nuts I pulled my groin.

Othello smothered Desdemona's truth.
(In Shakespeare's "Othello" play Othello, the protagonist, smothers his Desdemona whom he accuses of adultery, despite her insistence that she was innocent.)

Does that make any sense? Any help would be appreciated.
