Anyway on guitar I'd play the first 4 chords like this. (mind you the 4th chord is a suspended chord, and halfway in the bar resolves). Griff seems to like suspension, so he may explain those to you if he wishes.

This is not exactly as the piano plays it, but it's the way I'd most likely play it on guitar because of various (musical) reasons.
